Fees

Clear, upfront pricing matters — especially when you’re making decisions about your health.

In-person or Telehealth

Appointments are available in person or via telehealth, with flexibility to support comfort, access, and individual needs.

Both options can support meaningful progress toward your goals.

Below is a guide to our most common appointment types.

Initial Consultation
All Initial appointments provide a detailed assessment and outline of treatment.

Best for: new clients, new concerns, complex histories, or returning after a break over 12 months.

  • Specialist Physiotherapist - $300

  • Advanced Physiotherapist - $270

Follow-up Appointments

Appointment costs depend on the length of time needed and complexity of condition as planned with you at your initial appointment.

Specialist Physiotherapist:

  • Complex care $300

  • Review $170

Advanced Physiotherapist:

  • Complex care $270

  • Review $170

Telehealth Appointments are offered at the same fee as in-person care.

Telehealth is valuable and of equal benefit for most conditions. Learn more about the value of telehealth here.

  • Your physiotherapy appointment is an individualised process focused on understanding your body, your symptoms, and your goals.

Depending on your needs, this may include:

    • A thorough assessment

    • Clear explanation of findings

    • Collaborative goal-setting

    • A tailored treatment and self-management plan

    • Education to support confidence and understanding

Our aim is to support you to feel informed, capable, and confident — not dependent on ongoing appointments.

  • Many clients are able to access rebates or funding, depending on their circumstances and level of cover.

    Private health insurance
If you have extras cover for physiotherapy, you may be eligible to claim a rebate. Rebates vary between funds and policies. We provide a receipt for you to submit via your health fund portal.

    Medicare
Some clients may be eligible for Medicare rebates through a GP Management Plan. If applicable, please bring your referral details to your appointment.

    NDIS
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our Advocate Team can assist with service agreements, invoicing, and general process questions.

If you’re unsure what applies to you, we’re happy to help clarify your options before your appointment.

  • Payment is due on the day of your appointment.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.

We understand that unexpected things happen. If something comes up, please contact us as early as possible — our Advocate Team will support you to find the best next step and minimise disruption where possible.
