I am incredibly passionate about improving the quality of life of those I get to work with. I treat all facets of pelvic health including the management of adult, adolescent and paediatric bladder and bowel disorders, prolapse, pelvic pain and to support women during pregnancy and beyond. I have a particular interest in managing pain conditions.

I am available for face-to-face or online consultations.

I am humbled to be able to work in this area and also balance my passion for pelvic health with raising a family. I also understand (I get it!), that often we have competing needs, I work with you to target your goals so they can be achieved.

When I am not working, I enjoy being active with my family, cooking or being in the garden.

Marley Baker

Marley Baker is passionate about empowering individuals of to take control of their pelvic health. Since completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University, Marley has been driven to work specifically in pelvic health, knowing this is where she can make the greatest impact. She has worked tirelessly to build her expertise in this field and remains committed to ongoing learning and professional development to provide the best care for her patients.

Her expertise spans pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postnatal care, pelvic pain management, gender-affirming pelvic health support, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She is skilled in tailoring the care for each person’s unique needs.

Marley’s passion for supporting young people and those navigating pelvic health challenges stems from her deep understanding of the barriers many face; whether it’s pain, dysfunction, or the lack of awareness around pelvic health issues. She is committed to bridging that gap through education, empowerment, and compassionate care. She strives to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and confident in managing their health.

Outside of the clinic, Marley enjoys staying active, engaging in community events, and promoting a balanced, joyful approach to movement and self-care.

Since graduating from UniSA in 2007 with a Master of Physiotherapy, I have gained experience in both public and private sectors and have completed advanced training in all aspects of pelvic floor physiotherapy.

I love educating and empowering people struggling with pelvic health concerns, to achieve their best possible health at any life stage. I work in partnership with patients to find their personalized path to recovery, honouring the whole person and their goals.

I strive to maintain a health balanced lifestyle and enjoy keeping fit with weight training, running, yoga, bushwalking and paddleboarding. I love spending time with my family and 3 sons.

About Haley
Haley brings a unique blend of high-performance sport and clinical expertise to her role at Pelviology. A former national-level gymnast, she understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of elite performance and the importance of pelvic health in both everyday life and sport. With over 13 years of combined experience in sports science and physiotherapy, Haley has worked with athletes from grassroots to Olympic level, as well as people navigating the challenges of injury, rehabilitation, and return to movement.

  • Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Sciences (Clinical Exercise Physiology)

Clinical & Professional Experience
Haley has delivered musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy care in private practice for many years. She has also held roles with elite sporting organisations such as the AFLW Brisbane Lions, AFLQ State Development Programs, and as Head Physiotherapist for Nudgee College Swimming.

At Pelviology, Haley integrates her expertise in performance and pelvic health to support patients prepare for pregnancy and postnatal recovery, addressing pelvic pain, or optimising continence and pelvic floor function for both daily life and sport.

Chloe Nguyen

About Chloe
As the youngest of six girls, Chloe has always been curious about the transitions that shape womanhood. This curiosity grew into a passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies and identity through all stages of life. Having personally experienced pelvic pain, she understands the challenges that conditions such as endometriosis and adenomyosis can bring, particularly when navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and returning to movement.

Chloe combines mindfulness-based strategies, education and movement therapy to support women in feeling strong, capable and confident. Her compassionate and individualised approach ensures that every woman feels heard, understood and empowered throughout her journey.

Outside the clinic, Chloe loves spending time with friends and family, hiking in nature, and discovering new food spots — feel free to share your favourites with her!

Elizabeth Frame

Each day, I am excited to work in the area of pelvic health. Over many years I have undertaken further post-graduate training in the field of pelvic health and pregnancy care. I started my career in a busy private practice developing a range of skills across all conditions and have had further experience working in hospitals, private practice and teaching Pilates.

I enjoy working with my patients in treating a range of conditions such as bladder and bowel disorders, pregnancy and post-birth care, pelvic pain, prolapse, gynaecological and breast surgery rehabilitation. My experience and skill in Pilates enable me to integrate exercise into treatment to achieve the health and fitness goals of my patients for all conditions and following surgery, injury or childbirth. 

I am truly passionate about pelvic health and I enjoy listening to pelvic health podcasts, reading books, and keeping up to date with new research in this field; basically anything women’s or pelvic health related!

Liz is currently on Parental Leave and will return in late 2025.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, which has given me valuable perspectives and experience in working with people with diverse needs. This background has shaped my approach to handle every situation with kindness, empathy and professionalism.

I am passionate about customer service and committed to ensuring that my interactions with you, our patient, are positive and productive. My goal is to be a reliable resource for you and to make your experience as welcoming and comfortable as possible. I am here to help and I am looking forward to it!

On my first clinical nursing placement, I saw how a person reacts to a caring, smiling face and I strive to do this for everyone in my daily life. I thrive by helping others and using my passion for organisation, I colour code my own wardrobe! I love talking with people and work to provide a little bit of happiness in every day.

I am studying nursing and hope to continue onto midwifery.

With a background in Biomedical Science and as a current Doctor of Medicine candidate, I have a strong foundation of knowledge to help me understand and address patient needs. Helping others brings me immense joy, and I am committed to ensuring our patients feel heard, respected, and empowered at every step of their pelvic health journey. 

I am excited to continue advancing my skills as a patient advocate throughout my studies to foster my development as a compassionate and patient-focused advocate and future doctor.
